Questions? Answered.

How to export Trello board to CSV 2025?

For your own boards (public or private), use the “Private Board (Login)” tab. For 100% public boards (that you are not a member of), you can paste the URL in the “Public Board” tab. Select “CSV” and click export.

Is this free Trello export tool online safe?

Yes. This tool is 100% secure. For public boards, no login is needed. For private boards, we use Trello’s official OAuth system, so we never see your password. All data processing happens in your browser, and no Trello data is ever saved on our servers.

Can I export Trello cards with labels and due dates?

Absolutely. Our “Smart Columns” feature ensures that the CSV and PDF exports include all important data, such as Card Name, List Name, Description, Due Dates, Labels, and assigned Members.

Why do I need to login for my “Public” board?

This is a Trello rule. If a board is “public” but still part of your account, Trello’s API requires a Token (from login) to see it. The “Private Board (Login)” tab is the correct way to access all your boards. The “Public Board” tab only works for rare, 100% anonymous boards.
