Our Service provides a tool to export Trello board data to various formats (CSV, JSON, PDF). You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the tool.
  • Using the Service to “spam”, harass, or harm other individuals.
  • Using any automated system (like “bots” or “spiders”) to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding data from Trello), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Trello Export Tool and its licensors. Our name and logo are our trademarks, and may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

We do not claim any ownership over your Trello board data. You are solely responsible for the data you process through our tool.

In no event shall Trello Export Tool, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii.g.) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
